Return Process

  Check that your items are in their original condition with all security seals intact, as hair extensions cannot be returned once the packaging is opened for hygiene reasons.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
